What You’ll Do for Us
We are actively seeking a skilled and proficient Broker Consultant to assist us in our strategic endeavors. As the Broker Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuous support and growth within the broker market. Your personal drive and expertise will be pivotal in achieving outstanding outcomes for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and carries out sales, marketing, and support strategy for each broker.
- Develops and maintains long-lasting connections with all hired brokers in the chosen portfolio.
- Analyzes the mix of products sold to determine how best to respond to trends and develop the portfolio profitably.
- Oversees the interaction between Old Mutual and brokers and makes sure the portfolio is growing as much as possible.
- Gives recommendations after researching the products offered by rivals.
- Responds to competition and market trends to maintain sustainable growth.
- Promotes Old Mutual services and goods directly to brokers.
- Develops and maintains long-lasting connections with all hired brokers in specified portfolio.
QUALIFICATION:
- Tertiary degree or recognition of past learning that is relevant.
- Five years of job experience.
- It would be advantageous to have some practical experience of financial or insurance services.
