Who Are We Looking For?

To fill the position of Sales & Onboarding Executive (Driver Relations), which reports to the Senior Manager, Sales & Onboarding with a dotted line reporting to the Head of Central Operations, SSA, Moove is seeking an experienced professional with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude. The Sales & Onboarding Executive (Driver Relations), a proven results-oriented individual, will take the initiative to promote positive driver relations.

The ideal applicant will have in-depth understanding of the auto finance, fleet leasing, or automobile rental industries and will have a history of successfully expanding markets, managing teams, and putting growth strategies into practice. In order to maximize drivers’ efficiency, the Sales & Onboarding Executive (Driver Relations) will be totally responsible.

Responsibilities
  • You will be charged with developing, overseeing, and putting into practice a drivers acquisition strategy.
  • Examining performance data on the success of acquisition methods and reporting on it.
  • Ensure the construction of a dashboard for a driver funnel to track new driver acquisition through multiple methods.
  • Clearly outlining the acquisition initiative’s success.
  • Along with the manager of driver monitoring, you will work to promote goodwill among drivers.
  • Establishing and preserving cordial, sincere, and helpful personal and professional relationships with drivers while working with other departments to address their issues.
  • Ensure that drivers are getting along by working with the driver monitoring manager.
  • Increase the efficiency of drivers while adhering to company regulations.
  • Maintaining relationships with driver agencies to make sure they satisfy business KPIs.
Qualification
  • 2-3 years of experience in the mobility or IT industries in operations, supply chain, logistics, or marketplace.
  • Possess a degree in any relevant discipline, such as sales, marketing, or operations.
  • Have an aptitude for thriving in a hurried atmosphere.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management.
  • An advantage would be having prior experience in the haulage industry.
