Join our team as a Marketing Officer to lead the promotion of the Save80 Clean Cook Stove. This pivotal role focuses on boosting brand awareness, driving sales, and engaging customers effectively. About the Role:
Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for the Save80 Clean Cook Stove.
- Identify and analyze target markets, devising tailored strategies to reach and engage these segments effectively.
Content Creation and Management
- Craft engaging, persuasive content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and traditional advertising materials.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality promotional materials that align with our brand identity.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
Brand Management
- Maintain and enhance the brand image of the Save80 Clean Cook Stove across all touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Production, and Monitoring & Evaluation units to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing plans effectively.
Reporting and Analytics
- Provide regular, detailed reports on marketing activities, campaign outcomes, and market trends to senior management.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing campaigns and drive data-informed decision-making.
Digital Marketing
- Leverage digital marketing channels to expand reach and engage target audiences effectively.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to drive online engagement and conversions.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven background in Sales and Marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Qualifications
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Willingness to travel at short notice for marketing activities and field research.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Hausa is highly preferred.

Working Hours
- Standard full-time work hours are 40 hours weekly (Monday to Friday).
- Additional hours may be required to meet production targets and could involve some weekend work. All extra hours will be appropriately compensated.
