Job Overview
The Social Impact Enablement Coordinator supports the execution of The Allstate Foundation’s initiatives, programs, convenings, and operational priorities. This role helps coordinate work, manage logistics, track progress, and support planning and implementation efforts across the Foundation.
The Social Impact Enablement Coordinator plays a key role in helping work move forward smoothly, bringing strong organization, follow through, and problem-solving to a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
Tasks & Obligations
- Support the planning and execution of Foundation initiatives, programs, convenings, and events, including timelines, coordination, and logistics.Â
- Assist in translating priorities and direction into action items and execution plans.Â
- Track tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies across assigned projects and work streams.Â
- Help implement and maintain processes, tools, and workflows that support effective team operations and project delivery.Â
- Assist with preparation of briefings, materials, trackers, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.Â
- Coordinate across Foundation team members and enterprise partners to ensure alignment and follow through.Â
- Coordinate and update a portfolio of ongoing work, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurately documented.Â
- Flag risks, gaps, or challenges and escalate to manager or project leads for direction.Â
- Support evaluating opportunities, lessons learned, and next steps. Â
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for coordinating inputs among team members and partners.Â
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, consistent with Foundation guidance.Â
- Support thought leadership, research, or field building efforts by assisting with coordination, materials, and logistics, as directed.Â
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience supporting programs, projects, or coordinated initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.Â
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured, deadline driven environment.Â
- Independently manages projects within a small team while maintaining strong collaboration with project management teammates and the manager.Â
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Â
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.Â
- Ability to follow direction, execute defined responsibilities, and escalate issues appropriately.Â
- Comfort working collaboratively across teams within a large organization.Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with grants or project tracking tools is helpful.Â
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 15% for programs and events.Â

COMPENSATION
Compensation offered for this role is 70,100.00 – 121,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
