Job Overview
Our brand voice is one of PiggyVest’s most valuable assets. Maintaining that voice and growing our audience through it is what this role exists to do. We are looking for a Social Media and Brand Associate to carry that voice across every channel we show up on, and to turn our products and stories into content that people understand, trust, and act on. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is equal parts writer, storyteller and strategist, and who is excited to ship work daily and see its impact on the numbers.
Tasks & Obligations
- Content Creation & Distribution: Create, manage, and distribute content across blogs, social media, email newsletters, websites, customer communications, and other owned channels.
- Content Planning & Calendar Management:Â Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing goals, product priorities, and key business initiatives.
- Brand Storytelling & Engagement:Â Support brand storytelling initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and audience engagement.
- Product Launches and Campaigns:Â Support the planning and execution of product launches, feature rollouts, and go-to-market campaigns.
- Brand consistency:Â Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging and customer experience across all marketing and product communication channels, including customer support replies and in-product copy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand new features, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Performance Monitoring:Â Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, brand performance, and overall content effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing, brand marketing, or a related role.
- Experience working in a startup, Fintech, technology company, or digital-first environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience creating content and supporting marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, audience-focused content.
- Ability to simplify complex products and concepts into clear, engaging, customer-friendly content.
- Strong command of social, email and content marketing fundamentals and the tools that support them.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-informed mindset.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
