Job Description Summary:

What We Would Expect

As a bot monitor, you will have significant responsibilities overseeing vital operations within our business portfolio. Your primary role will involve closely monitoring chatbot interactions and supplementing them with human expertise when needed. Your duties also include tracking multiple bot conversations across various channels to ensure positive customer feedback and providing service recovery measures in situations where chatbots are unable to handle discussions effectively. In order to enhance and elevate the overall bot experience, you will actively contribute to conversational designers. Your invaluable assistance will contribute to the successful implementation and further development of our Chat Assistant (chatbot).

Responsibilities:
  • You will manage and maintain the conversation design/process regarding the chat/AI bots.
  • You will work with the Operations team and other cross-functional teams for development, chatbot training and quality validation, to map current business processes, define and analyze business activities, identify best practices, and recommend improvements.
  • You will work with conversations designers to train chatbots to handle upsell/cross-sell to drive incremental revenue.
  • You will analyze chat/AI bot analytics to identify optimization and conversion opportunities for continued improvement.
  • You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive critical insights that help our customers understand and optimize their digital marketing and sales funnel.
  • You will monitor and act upon real-time KPIs to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in the study of Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics (preferred)
  • Passionate about conversational experiences (such as Facebook Messenger bots, Slack bots, Alexa bots, Google Assistant, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience with chat bot interaction management a plus

Additional Qualification

  • Action oriented with a proven track record of delivering great work under tight timelines.
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Visio.
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
