Job Description Summary:

What You’ll Do for Us

As an implementation manager, you will oversee crucial operations in the business portfolio. This role entails managing activities and personnel from Ericsson, the customer, and suppliers, while adhering to Ericsson requirements, customer contract terms, and Project EHS criteria. You will also have fiscal responsibility for ensuring the job is completed successfully.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and coordinate rollouts.
  • Handle work orders and compensation.
  • Plan and follow up of quality assurances.
  • Manage and Support Service Delivery.
  • Drive Performance and Competence Management.
  • Leading establishments of new projects with project teams.
  • Conduct all achievements in Mentoring Programs:
  • Prepare project MoPs and training materials.
  • Pre and post assessment.
  • Theoretical& Practical Training and FNIs.
Requirements:

Competencies

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT, Telecom) or 3-5 years of experience in system testing and team leadership
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability in BSS, NRO RAN & NRO TRM
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to handle pressure and setbacks
  • Track record of delivering results and meeting customer expectations
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills for large projects
  • In-depth knowledge of local industry and standards
  • Strong reporting and follow-up abilities
  • Proficient in preparing and maintaining project-related MoPs (Methods of Procedures)
  • EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) knowledge and skills required
  • Fluency in English language

  • Ericsson NRO Tools definition and training.
  • Fibre Knowledge and Experience.
  • French (Beside English, Arabic& Urdu) language skills
