Position Overview
Recovering loans from our customers will fall under the purview of the collections officer.
Responsibilities
- Calling defaulting customers.
- Monitor and update customer records.
- Recover payments from loan defaulters
- Provide the supervisor a daily report on your customer calls and their responses.
- Be sure to direct client inquiries to the proper departments.
- Advise and negotiate with customers on payment options.
Qualification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to balance empathy with the job requirements.
- Ability to speak other languages (especially Hausa) is an added advantage.
- Candidates must have at least an SSCE certificate.
