We’re looking for a Senior Creative Recruitment Officers based in South Africa. The chosen candidates will focus on finding the best creative talent available in South Africa and around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the COO to hire new team members as you oversee the requisition approval procedure as well as the opening, posting, closing, and modifying of positions.
- Conduct interviews.
- Throughout the whole lifetime of the hiring process, offer excellent applicant experiences.
- Respond to and resolve general inquiries directed to the Recruiting department.
- Find the best candidates!
Qualification
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skill is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant experience
Additional Requirements
- Not required but preferred: Experience working in the creative/production industry
- Not required but preferred: Experience in hiring competent creative directors, video editors, animators, etc.
