Position Summary:
What You’ll Do for Us
As a competent communication officer, you will collaborate with groups across the organization to create insightful material that will inform our clients and impress potential clients. You’ll be writing blog articles for feature announcements, creating thought leadership posts for guest publications, creating educational assets, crafting scripts for feature videos, creating presentations to better explain features, and other tasks as part of your job. Despite having total creative control over your projects, your material must adhere to the brand’s standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, portals, marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos and blogs etc
- Build and run an editorial calendar; follow & improve our communications process to ensure standards
- Optimize all content for SEO to better reach
- Measure impact and perform analysis to improve critical metrics.
- Monitoring of key performance indicators and other metrics of content marketing campaigns
- Assessment of global trends and competitor analysis
- Research on prospective partnership for the promotion of brand awareness
Requirements:
Qualification
- 2-3 years of experience as a communications officer or in a similar position
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Additional Qualification
- Experience creating and executing content strategy
- Ability to conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Comfortable with content management systems and social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and blogs etc
- Attention to detail is a must
- Collaborative abilities is also a requirement
- Tech-savvy and able to communicate complicated technical concepts clearly without using jargon
