Job Overview

We’re seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help drive our business forward. In this role, you’ll collaborate with districts, schools, and teachers to boost program adoption, enhance renewal rates, and turn customers into advocates for Big Ideas Learning. You’ll also contribute to internal team efforts by developing partnership strategies, sharing customer feedback, and collaborating on best practices with your fellow specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain comprehensive product knowledge to align implementations with customer outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools and school districts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Manage projects efficiently, monitoring program implementation and handling details proactively.
  • Develop and execute implementation and adoption plans, ensuring effective communication with partners and colleagues.
  • Set clear outcomes and action plans with customers, maintaining high-quality and timely communication throughout the implementation process.
  • Engage in active account management, ensuring successful program adoption and ongoing customer engagement.
  • Monitor account expirations and renewals, aiming to increase customer retention.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure program implementation and communicate key milestones to customers.
  • Present and use data strategically during key customer meetings to facilitate informed decisions.
  • Assess account health regularly, applying targeted interventions to enhance program adoption and success.
Requirements
  • Possess exceptional listening, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Are resourceful and motivated to ask questions and solve problems.
  • Manage their time effectively.
  • Demonstrate commitment to product success with integrity, a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude.
Qualification
  • Has a bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field and 3-5 years of teaching, sales, or customer success experience.
  • Comfortable speaking to all levels of school personnel, including superintendents, curriculum directors, technology directors, principals, instructional coaches, and teachers.
  • Has knowledge of current educational climate, research, and markets.
  • Possess experience with how districts and schools operate on a day-to-day basis.
  • Has experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
Compensation Package

$70,000.00 – $100,000.00 Salary
