The dynamic and goal-oriented Executive Recruitment team at Google is responsible for sourcing top-level executives for Google across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With a keen eye for talent, Google’s leadership trusts us to provide valuable insights on the external talent landscape. In order to determine the skills, experiences, and knowledge necessary for Google to succeed, we work together with the technical leaders at Google and the HR People Partners. By using your knowledge of our clients’ hiring objectives and search criteria, you’ll be in charge of pairing the best applicants with opportunities.
You will develop search strategies and manage engagements as an executive recruiter to put Google in a position for success today and in the future. You possess the fire, desire, and drive necessary to revolutionize the candidate and customer experience while upending the talent market. You’ll have the curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and drive necessary to establish leadership at Google.
Accountabilities
- Form a diverse team with expertise from various disciplines to focus on the Search mission.
- Develop a clear vision to align Google Search with user expectations and drive increased usage.
- Set measurable product goals and metrics to assess success and align them with the broader Google Search strategy to influence the market.
- Create a roadmap to secure internal support and ensure successful execution of the plan. Take the lead in implementing the strategy, collaborate with relevant teams, and monitor and report progress.
- Foster partnerships with external organizations to advance Google’s objectives. Represent Google and its products at public events.
Minimum requirement
- Expertise in the technology sector executive recruitment
- Knowledge of managing the executive search process and advising clients at the executive level on hiring and talent
- A track record of developing client and candidate relationships in a global business environment
Preferred Qualification
- Experience as a manager or individual contributor who has the ability to influence others as a leader, solving complicated challenges, devising innovative solutions, and generating significant effect.
- Knowledge of executive search best practices and expertise in executive talent acquisition
- Knowledge about the community’s talent organizations
- A capacity for team mentoring, maximizing both individual and team performance, and preserving a healthy work environment.
- Ability to take accountability with integrity
- Motivation to inspire, attract, develop, and mentor others
