Who Are We Looking For?

We are in search of an outgoing, highly professional, and approachable Female Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, your appearance and demeanor must be impeccable.

Your role will involve delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a prompt and courteous response to every person who walks through our doors.

Tasks & Obligations
  • Greet and engage with visitors, clients, students, and colleagues through various communication channels, including in person, by phone, via email, text messages, social media chats, and other platforms.
  • Organize and manage documents, maintaining a comprehensive database of student and staff records to ensure accurate and timely updates.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as typing, scanning, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Exhibit a positive and cheerful attitude, with a commitment to making a meaningful impact on others every day.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of practical work experience in administrative or front-desk roles, not including the NYSC year.
  • A minimum of one year of experience handling phone-based tasks and engaging with customers in-person.
  • Customer service certification is a bonus.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is beneficial.
  • Applicants must be 28 years or older.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level. Experience with at least one software or app beyond social media.

Salary Range

₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month

Working Hours

You will be working 4 days a week and every Saturdays. The 4 days are flexible and will be discussed at the interview stage
