Position Overview
One of the largest and most efficient downstream players with solid roots in Nigeria and leading positions in fuels and lubricants market in Africa is seeking talented young minds to join our budding team in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and educate customers on all things The Black Tux, through multiple contact channels, including: phone, chat and email, both inbound and outbound
- Understand and exhibit The Black Tux brand values, philosophy and culture through all interactions with customers and peers
- Adhere to all performance expectations and key metrics including Customer Satisfaction and efficiency
- Understand and identify opportunity through individual metrics and dashboards
- Lead with curiosity and focus on customer engagement and satisfaction
- Escalate site issues and troubleshoot with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- A maximum age range of 22 to 26 years old as at the time of this application.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
- Display excellent communication skills; written and verbal. communication skill.
Qualification
- Have a minimum of a second Class Upper
- Division from a recognized university.
- Have a minimum of 5 0′ Level credits at one sitting (including English & Mathematics).
