Job Description Summary:
Duties
  • Lead development of a comprehensive learning strategy to identify insights-based threats and opportunities across categories and channels.
  • Generate innovative insights for creative production, including ideation, testing, and co-creation with consumers.
  • Develop brand strategies to support business goals.
  • Create streamlined procedures for delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the Africa Operating Unit.
  • Devise and deliver insights to the Integrated Marketing team for package design, guidance, and ensuring consistent consumer experience.
  • Manage dissemination of insights to different categories within the Africa Operating Unit to support marketing strategy, innovation pipeline, and brand launches.
  • Identify and evaluate unique innovation opportunities, oversee product and packaging development.
  • Share insights from the Africa Operating Unit and successful localized campaigns with the network.
  • Provide insights consulting support for related functions within the Africa Operating Unit.
  • Define and implement testing protocols for integrated marketing campaigns and research projects.
Requirements:
  • College degree
  • At least 6 years of experience, preferably with extra marketing, innovation, and consumer insights, market research, and analysis
Skills:
  • Expertise in market research methodologies
  • Proficiency in cutting-edge insights and industry trends
  • Demonstrated ability in executing marketing campaigns
