Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  •  Assist in the design, organization, execution, and delivery of training materials and programs
  • Help coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops
  • Participate in the evaluation and improvement of training effectiveness through feedback collection and data analysis
  • Support the People Experience team in administrative tasks, including managing registrations and maintaining training records
  • Engage with employees and trainers to assess training needs and gather feedback
  • Contribute to the development of innovative learning strategies and tools
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and instructional guides
  • Collaborate with people/process leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives that align with organizational goals
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches into training initiatives
  • Serve as a resource for employees seeking professional development opportunities, guiding career paths, skill development, and educational resources
Additional Tasks
  • Communication Extraordinaire: Work your magic with words! Draft engaging internal communications, from newsletters to announcements, to keep everyone in the loop and excited about what’s happening.
  • General Admin Ace: Be the organizational wizard behind the scenes. Help with various administrative tasks, from managing schedules to keeping our HR records in tip-top shape.
  • Support and Empower: Be the go-to person for our team members’ questions, concerns, and ideas. You’ll assist with HR-related tasks, offering a helping hand wherever it’s needed.
  • Ideas Generator: Got a creative streak? Share your innovative ideas on how we can make our workplace even more amazing. We’re all ears!
Qualification
  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing degrees in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development (OD), Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Equivalent years of professional experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development (OD), or related areas accepted
  • Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia software
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Passion for learning and development, staying updated on industry trends and best practices

  • Preferred exposure to consumer-packaged goods (CPG), retail, e-commerce, or similar industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms
  • Up to 10% travel required for occasional company or department meetings
  • Genuine commitment to improving childhood nutrition and contributing to a purpose-driven work environment
  • Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and People Operations desirable
Compensation Package

$22.00 per hour, not to exceed 30 hours per week.
