1.) Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

Responsibilities
  • The Manager of Food and Beverages is responsible for coordinating all phases of group meetings/banquet functions held in the Hotel; coordinating these activities daily; and assisting clients in program planning and menu selection.
  • Solicit local group Food and beverage business; maintain the services and reputation of Your Hotel and act as a management representative to group clients.
Qualification
  • Interested candidates should possess an HND in a relevant field with 5 – 10 years of work experience.

2.) Executive Chef

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Work Type: Full-time

Position Summary

  • Responsible for the consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality, presentation and flavor for the dining rooms, banquets and other food facilities, resulting in outstanding guest satisfaction.
  • Additionally responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen and manage areas of profit, stock, wastage control, hygiene practices and training within the kitchen.

Requirements

3.) Executive Housekeeper

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

  • Supervises all housekeeping employees, has the authority to hire or discharge, plans and assigns work assignments, give training for newly recruited employees, audit and inspects housekeeping personal work assignment, and requisition supplies.
  • Take care of the budget and budget control for the department.

Requirments
