Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to work closely with our MD. This critical role ensures smooth business operations through technical, IT, administrative, and analytical support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical and IT background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and IT support to the Managing Director, including data analysis, research, drafting of emails, and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documents, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and manage technical projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Manage and organize documentation and databases.
- Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and various departments within the company.
- Installing and configuring computer systems.
- Assist in scheduling, meeting preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Resolving network issues.
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation, licenses, etc.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Testing any new technology/software systems.
- Regular update and backup of the website
- Collaborating with external vendors to ensure a smooth work process (Web designers, graphic designers, social media managers etc.)
- Safeguard and maintain all project documents and data to ensure project integrity is sustained.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical or analytical role, preferably in the Power sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
