Role Summary
We are currently hiring Personal Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our services, building strong customer relationships, and helping the company achieve its sales targets.
- Customer account opening
- Debit card activation
- Customer onboarding and support
- Promotion of Moniepoint banking services
Essential Duties
- Promote and sell company products/services (Debit cards and accounts opening) to customers
- Identify and reach out to potential customers
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
- Keep accurate records of sales activities
What We Are Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with customers
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing (experience is an advantage but not required)
- Ability to work with targets
- Willingness to learn and improve
Compensation Package
This is a performance-based sales role. Earnings depend on your effort, experience, and sales performance. The compensation details are:
- Commission: Earn based on each successful sale
- Bonuses: Available for high-performing staff
Expected Earning
Successful Personal Relationship Manager can earn between:
₦150,000 – ₦350,000 and above monthly.
Payment Structure
- Daily and monthly commission.
- Earnings increase with performance and consistency.
