Who Are We Looking For?

We seek a dynamic RISK MANAGER (Agency Sales) to lead and inspire a team of Risk Advisors in surpassing sales targets. This role involves crafting and executing robust sales strategies, overseeing sales metrics, and offering guidance to enhance the performance of Risk Advisors. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in sales team management with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure sales achievement across HEIRS GENERAL Retail Products.
  • Develop, implement and maintain the internal and external sales strategy and processes to maximize the organisations profit potential.
  • Generate leads to support the Sales Team in order to increase sales and build robust customer base.
  • Development and preparation of sales presentations and proposals for Corporates, Unions, Cooperative Societies, Associations etc.
  • Weekly preparation and submission of sales reports.
  • Discover and Penetrate new markets for sales team.
  • Build and maintain long lasting business relationships with customers.
  • Maintain full knowledge of other competitors product offerings.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Brokers to manage pricing and coverage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualification
  • Minimum of HND / BSc in any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in an Agency sales management role in a General Insurance Coy.

Additional Qualification

  • Good Team Building, Leadership and Mentorship Skills.
  • Excellent Understanding of General Insurance Products and Markets.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team in a General Insurance Coy.
  • Understand Business Challenges in General Insurance.

Salary Range

₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month
