Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to help drive revenue across Quidax’s B2B product suite.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales functions (API, OTC, and other institutional products) to build strong pipelines, close strategic deals, and expand our business relationships across Africa and beyond.
This is a frontline revenue role. You’ll spend your time identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, running commercial conversations, and converting qualified leads into active partners or clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of 300+ qualified institutional and business leads.
  • Run product demos and sales conversations with potential partners and clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to move deals from initial conversation to onboarding.
  • Convert early pipeline opportunities into active accounts or partnerships.
  • Consistently maintain a high-quality pipeline of institutional and enterprise leads.
  • Close multiple deals across Quidax’s B2B product suite.
  • Develop repeatable approaches for prospecting, qualifying, and converting clients.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across fintechs, trading firms, corporates, and high-volume merchants.
  • Become a trusted revenue driver within the team, consistently closing and expanding deals.
  • Build a network of high-value clients and partners across Africa and key global markets.
  • Contribute insights that help improve sales processes, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Help identify new opportunities for growth across Quidax’s institutional and business offerings.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships. (Open to considering a min. of 3 years core B2B sales experience).
  • Experience selling financial products, fintech infrastructure, trading solutions, APIs, or payment rails.
  • Strong ability to build pipelines, run commercial conversations, and close deals.
  • Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers including founders, treasury leads, and finance teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and move quickly.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and doesn’t wait for instructions.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in crypto, fintech, FX, payments, or financial markets.
  • Familiarity with institutional trading, liquidity solutions, or API-based products.
