Job Description Summary:
What You’ll Do for Us
As a dynamic sales and marketing executive, your pivotal role involves spearheading key functions within our business portfolio. Your mission is to achieve both immediate and long-term sales and profit goals by overseeing the strategic deployment of agents and driving the flawless implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies across all facets of the marketing mix.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard viable agents/ locations for onboarding.
- Ensure optimal performance of all agents activated.
- Provide support on all activities related to agent onboarding, management, business development, and issue resolution.
- Ensure optimal utilization of POS terminals and mobile apps.
- Monitor Agents’ performance: Transactions count against set targets
- Provide agents with regular training to keep them up to date on the price structure, product features, new initiatives, and other business operations in the agency banking industry.
- Ensure prompt completion of account opening/onboarding process
- Ensure POS Agents’ prompt handling of issues and grievances
- Manage Agents’ activities and intensity in line with set targets.
- Ensure branding materials get to Agent locations and are appropriately displayed.
- Visit and monitor agent’s welfare and transactions.
- Periodic visit to an Agent location to ensure proper management and use of the Bank’s POS terminals deployed to Agents.
Requirements:
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Must have completed NYSC.
Additional Qualification
- A minimum of 6 months of sales experience.
- Ability to self-motivate and manage self.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and I.T. skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different characters.
