Who Are We Looking For?

For our Venture Solutions team, we’re seeking for a motivated Senior Sales Development Representative. Since making sales is what motivates you, this position offers a competitive base income as well as uncapped commission and bonuses. When you reach your goal, you’ll make more than R60K each month. We are seeking for several people who are prepared to excel in this capacity, and the more motivated you are, the more money you will make!

This position is for you if you appreciate meeting new clients, are a go-getter when it comes to nurturing new leads that come in, and enjoy figuring out how to solve complicated problems. You enjoy changing contexts! From cuisine to cryptocurrency, you quickly immerse yourself in the environment of your client to provide the greatest service and make customer-pleasing ideas.

Responsibilities
  • Smash your sales goals because closing deals gets you pumped!
  • Own the process of receiving a qualified lead and managing the sales process end-to-end
  • You will be in charge of thoroughly comprehending a client’s project and making sure you provide the appropriate product from our solutions.
  • Deeply understanding our products so you can tailor them where required
  • Assembling proposals and delivering them to clients using our own VentureOS system, excel, PowerPoint, or Google Docs
  • Negotiating and finalizing the deal, before handing it over to our Contracting and Project Management departments
  • Engaging with clients via calls, meetings, emails and LinkedIn to offer our clients the best experience 
  • If necessary, you may also create your own pipeline of prospects in addition to receiving qualified leads from other channels.
Qualification
  • Relevant university degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience and a proven track record in sales are essential
  • You are accustomed to targets and will do all in your power to reach & exceed them
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed
  • Superior written and verbal abilities
  • Proficiency in developing businesses, managing accounts, generating sales, and thinking strategically.

Additional Requirements

  • Understanding of product design and validation processes
  • Experience working with startups and understanding their typical growth roadmap
  • English speaking – if you speak German too please highlight this in your application, as that is a bonus.
  • Possess strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Take pride in putting your mind to work on issues, coming up with the greatest plan of action or solution.
  • As a team member, you are trustworthy and proactive.
  • You can present clients with a superior selection of intricate solutions in an understandable manner.
