Join LTK USA as a Support Associate

As a Support Associate, you will review applications for potential LTK Creators and set LTK Creators and Shoppers up for success by delivering fast, accurate, technical assistance. You will diagnose problems and technical questions around LTK platforms, and serve as the first escalation point for our LTK creators on the weekends. As a Support Associate, you are an expert in understanding and, more importantly, communicating complex technical issues to LTK consumers, creators, and internal team members. During a typical day, you will process LTK Creator applications, monitor support ticket inboxes, answer basic support questions and escalate any larger issues to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and a driving curiosity to explore problems and questions of all types. The candidate should be analytical,  possess the critical thinking skills necessary to find solutions, and capable of working efficiently with limited supervision. The candidate will act as an advocate for the client by viewing the world from their point of view, and ensuring we have set the client up for success.

About the Role:

  • Review LTK Creator applications
  • Respond to technical tickets from internal and external sources
  • Triage and escalate issues to leadership as needed
  • Identify and escalate critical problems
  • Offer helpful tips and resources to LTK creators and consumers
  • Document best practices clearly
  • Educate and promote LTK best practices to enhance awareness and ensure alignment in cross-team initiatives
Requirements
  • Manage technical questions and common support issues in a SaaS environment
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-specialists
  • Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
  • Work within tight SLAs
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing technologies
  • Knowledge of social media and influencer marketing
  • Strong desire to validate ideas and make informed decisions
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with popular blogging platforms and other content management systems
Compensation Package

This is a part-time position ranging from 10-20hrs/week (Primarily Saturday/Sunday with the possibility of additional hours)
