  • Work with the marketing team to ensure the careers page reflects Pulsar’s growth and brand.
  • Monitor contractor and permanent resourcing pipelines for ServiceNow delivery projects.
Support short- and medium-term resource planning to maintain project delivery capability.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates, representing Pulsar’s values throughout the hiring process.

  • Support smooth onboarding by liaising with HR and Operations ahead of each new joiner’s start date.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
  • Working knowledge of South African employment law, right-to-work regulations, and GDPR compliance.
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accurate, compliant record-keeping.
  • Experience in the technology or consulting sector, ideally within a ServiceNow environment.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
