Who Are We Looking For?

We’re seeking a result-oriented front desk/ office manager. He or she will partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Developing intra-office communication protocols.
  • Office staff supervision, and task delegation
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Streamlining administrative procedures, and inventory control.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
Qualification
  • 2 Years Experience working as a front desk/admin officer
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office such as Excel and Word (essential)

Additional Qualification

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or similar position.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. fax, printer, computers, monitors)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Great organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong Problem-solving skills
  • Solid customer service skills
