Who Are We Looking For?

As Human Resource Supervisor at Speedaf Express, you will play a pivotal role in steering our workforce towards excellence while exploring new avenues for business growth. Your mission will involve conducting insightful research to unveil potential business opportunities and untapped target markets for our expansive range of products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Exhibits Proficiency in HR Policy, Processes, Planning, HR Budgeting, Report Generation, Audit, and Analysis.
  • Displays Competence in Labor Laws, Industry Regulations, and Drafting Legal Documentation on Behalf of the Organization and Stakeholders.
  • Applies Expertise in HR Guidelines and Regulations to Oversee and Advise on Adherence to Employment Laws, Policies, and Processes.
  • Creates On-the-job Training and Development System Covering Company’s Training Cycle, Employee Growth, Coaching, and Training Impact Evaluation.
  • Involves Various Internal and External Stakeholders in Business Development Activities, Meetings, and Issue Resolution.
  • Addresses Organizational Challenges at Grassroots Level, Collaborating with Stakeholders to Implement Strategic Enhancements.
  • Partners with Business Leaders to Design Systems Supporting Goals and Transformational Changes.
  • Maintains Regular Communication with Business Partners to Stay Abreast of Current Issues and Requirements.
  • Develops and Implements Programs and Procedures Aligning Workforce with Company Values, Culture, and Strategic Goals to Enhance Employee Satisfaction.
  • Contributes to HR Assessments and Tracks Action Plans.
  • Guides Complex Special HR Projects as Assigned by Management.
Key Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations or a Relevant Field of Study. 
  • Minimum 5 years of pertinent experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 3 years of practical expertise as an Organization Development Specialist and/or in Training and Development.
  • Preferred qualification: CIPM certification or other relevant HR certifications.
  • Advantaged by a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a Related Field.

  • Effective Communication, Development, Design, and Presentation Abilities. 
  • Strong Organizational Aptitude.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Expertise in Time Management. 
  • Proficient in Data Analytics Tools. 
  • Adept in Training and Development. 
