Job Description Summary:
What You’ll Do for Us
As a proficient Operations Manager, you will assume vital responsibilities encompassing key functions within our diverse business portfolio. Your pivotal role lies in ensuring the optimal efficiency of our business operations through close collaboration with multiple management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all operations are conducted in a suitable and economical manner.
- Enhance operational management procedures, methods, and standards.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Manage factory production staff, local engineering/technicians, and factory maintenance
- Facilitate matrix organization for the local IT, finance, and human resources departments
- Help, the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Manage Environmental, Health, and Safety programs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
Requirements:
Qualification
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role (10 years experience preferred).
